About Data Deletion

This page allows you to request deletion of your personal data from B.A.L.M. Collective (ALBY). You can request data deletion while keeping your account, or you can delete your entire account.

Data That Can Be Deleted

  • Profile information (name, photo, preferences)
  • Chat history with S.K.Y. assistant
  • Pet profiles and care notes
  • Saved documents and files
  • Construction project data
  • S.K.Y. TV watch history
  • Search history and activity logs
  • Notification preferences

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained in anonymized form for legal or security purposes:

  • Transaction records (required for tax/financial compliance)
  • Payment history (financial regulations)
  • Fraud prevention data (security purposes)
